Every asset is created with great care, optimized for RedM, and thoroughly tested before release. We are committed to providing high-quality resources and fast support whenever an issue originates from our work.
My resources are tested using up-to-date tools and standard RedM environments. However, because every server uses a different combination of maps, scripts, frameworks, and modifications, we cannot guarantee compatibility with every third-party resource.
Please note that we are not responsible for issues caused by:
Other maps or MLOs created by different authors.
Outdated or modified tools.
Incorrect installation or configuration.
Third-party resources that alter collisions, interiors, streaming, or world data.
Future game or platform updates outside of our control.
Every resource purchased from The Seven's Shop is licensed for use on your server through your Tebex license key.
Any unauthorized use, redistribution, modification for resale, or use without a valid license is strictly prohibited and may constitute a violation of applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not:
Resell any of our resources.
Share source files with other individuals or servers.
Redistribute edited or derivative versions.
Upload or publish any part of our work without permission.
This also applies to any free resources released by SevenLife unless explicitly stated otherwise.
If unauthorized redistribution is confirmed, your Tebex access may be permanently revoked without refund, and the case may be reported to Tebex and Cfx.re compliance teams.
My maps are designed to work correctly on a clean and properly configured server.
Because many servers combine resources from multiple creators, conflicts with third-party maps or custom world modifications may occur. Unfortunately, we cannot provide support or compatibility patches for resources developed by other creators.
Every project is tested extensively before release.
Testing includes:
Multiple RedM server environments.
VORP, RedEM:RP, and custom frameworks.
AMD and NVIDIA hardware.
DirectX 12 and Vulkan.
Internal testing and external partner testing.
My goal is to deliver stable resources with no crashes under supported conditions.
If you discover a reproducible issue in an unmodified Seven's Shop resource, please open a support ticket on our official Discord.
We will investigate the issue and provide a fix if the problem originates from my work.
Please note that we cannot provide support for bugs caused by third-party resources or modified versions of my assets.
If you discover someone illegally redistributing or reselling our work, please report it through our official Discord.
Your report helps us protect the work invested in creating these resources. Verified cases may be forwarded to Tebex and Cfx.re compliance teams for further investigation.
In accordance with applicable consumer protection laws, if one of our products is defective, we will first attempt to repair or replace it.
If the issue cannot be resolved, you may be entitled to a refund or other remedies available under applicable law.
Where a refund is granted, access to the corresponding resource and its license will be revoked.
